Fossil Fuel Resilience
CADA Energy has firm plans to produce aviation biofuel by adopting, and promoting the commercialization of, an advanced emerging American technology. The technology employs a continuous catalytic thermochemical process using hydrogen and a catalyst to convert biomass feedstocks into drop-in hydrocarbon fuels. This technical solution will provide unprecedented flexibility concerning biomass feedstocks for aviation biofuel production. This will allow CADA Energy to efficiently and cost-effectively convert a diverse array of biomass feedstocks sourced directly from The State of Mississippi and neighboring Gulf states. In addition, the solution is hydrogen self-sufficient, which avoids the need to utilize external energy sources beyond the feedstocks themselves to fuel the conversion process. The conversion process is clean, resulting in no air pollutants or water contaminants
Operating Globally
CADA Energy investments support the use of advanced technologies for producing and utilizing alternative fuels in the transportation sector, including but not limited to Synthetic Aviation Fuels from our biorefinery pictured here. Domestic Gas Industrialization
Mozambique is home to one of Africa’s most significant natural gas reserves, with over 100 trillion cubic feet discovered offshore in the Rovuma Basin since 2010—making it Africa’s third-largest holder of gas reserves after Nigeria and Algeria. These discoveries have attracted some of the world’s leading energy companies and positioned the country as a potential global LNG powerhouse.
CADA has teamed with MozParks to develop the domestic gas fields and to provide renewable energy generation to MozParks tenets. MozParks is a developer and operator of Sustainable Economic Zones, established as a public-private partnership between the African Sustainable Economic Zones Alliance and Mozambican Government Agency for Investment and Export Promotion.
MozParks manages parks in Beluluane and Nampula, with plans for expansion into Cabo Delgado province.
The CADA/MozParks team strategy is to secure reliable renewable energy through strategic initiatives and partnerships. Mozambique has a rare opportunity to electrify with clean energy from the outset—yet it also holds significant natural gas reserves, placing the country at a critical juncture.
That plan is for CADA/MozParks is to deploy renewable energy at home and jointly develop the domestic gas fields for LNG developers.
