Powering Progress

Transforming Global Energy Infrastructure with Integrated Low-Carbon Solutions

Carbon Asset Developer Associates LLC (CADA) is a global energy infrastructure and project development firm delivering integrated solutions across the oil, gas, and low-carbon energy value chain. With operations spanning over 35 countries, CADA specializes in the recovery, processing, and monetization of hydrocarbons—transforming emissions into assets and energy into opportunity.

From upstream gas capture to midstream logistics and downstream fuel supply, CADA provides turnkey engineering, procurement, construction, and operations (EPC/O&M) services to government, industrial, and commercial clients worldwide.

Operational Focus

Converting Emissions to Energy Through Gas Recovery, Green Completions, and Scalable Infrastructure

Gas Recovery & Monetization
CADA captures and processes vented and flared associated and non-associated gases, converting them into marketable natural gas liquids (NGLs) and dry gas for commercial use.

Advanced Well Completions
Our “green completions” technology enables producers to recover valuable hydrocarbons during oil and gas extraction, reducing waste and maximizing yield.

Energy Infrastructure Development
We deliver scalable energy solutions—from LNG retrofits and hydrogen production to solar integration and battery storage—designed to meet the evolving needs of global energy markets.

Leadership & Global Reach

Trusted Global Partner in Energy, Defense, and Infrastructure Development

CADA’s leadership team includes seasoned engineers, project managers, and energy finance professionals with decades of experience in oil and gas, infrastructure development, and international contracting. Our track record includes successful delivery of projects for the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Energy, and major energy producers.

Built on Engineering Excellence

We combine deep expertise in engineering, finance, and compliance to deliver innovative, reliable, and commercially viable energy solutions.

Our team brings decades of experience in energy systems engineering, project finance, and regulatory compliance. We align technical innovation with commercial viability—ensuring every project delivers measurable returns, operational reliability, and long-term value.

Transportation Fuel

Advancing Secure Fuel Transport and SAF Innovation for a Decarbonized Future

CADA is a U.S. government-registered pipeline operator and certified bulk transport carrier of liquid fuel products. As an active participant in the federal bulk transfer/terminal system, CADA is fully authorized to transport taxable fuels through major pipelines—including Kinder Morgan’s Plantation and Products Pipelines—serving critical defense, aviation, and commercial energy corridors.

Leveraging cutting-edge technologies, CADA enhances fuel readiness and resilience while pioneering next-generation Synthetic Aviation Fuel (SAF) production. Through advanced hydroprocessing techniques—including Hydrotreating (HDT), Deoxygenation, Hydro-isomerization (HDI), and Hydrocracking—CADA’s biorefinery converts a wide range of domestic feedstocks (such as bioenergy crops, vegetable oils, animal fats, greases, and lignocellulosic biomass) into high-purity, ASTM D7566-compliant SAF.

By co-locating Defense Fuel Support Points (DFSPs) with SAF production and blending facilities, CADA ensures direct, on-demand access to sustainable aviation fuel—accelerating the decarbonization of aviation operations and strengthening national energy security.

Commitment to Performance

CADA’s responsibility to safety, excellence, and energy security.

We are driven by a commitment to safety, efficiency, and long-term value creation. Our approach integrates advanced technologies, rigorous project controls, and a relentless focus on execution—ensuring our clients achieve their operational and financial objectives.
